The teambuilding activities proposed by Coeur à l’ouvrage are designed with the primary aim of reinforcing the bonds between participants through light to moderate physical activities and playful concepts. Thus, our concepts are not part of an approach based on the traditional psychological analysis of participants, but are rather part of a much more recreational approach associated withteam bonding.
We offer teambuilding activities that can be adapted to groups ranging from 20 to 500 participants and we can meet your needs all year-round!

Spin’n Pop Break

Take part in an explosive obstacle race to harvest the grains of corn needed to make popcorn. But watch out! The popcorn machine used is nothing conventional! It is powered by human energy.

Smoothie Bike

This OXYGEN break stands out especially with its original and fresh character! The smoothie bike is actually a stationary bike on which a mixer whose electric part was removed is attached. So, the source of energy comes from the bike… and of course users! If they pedal fast and long enough, then the energy necessary to make a delicious smoothie is obtained!
